People of any level and profession, from the student to the top manager, will discover their ideal potential and how to take advantage and profit from these seminars, building a new approach to problems based on the strategy of creativity. Participants will expand their behavioral skills in such a way as to achieve great results in a short time, even in conditions of high stress.
Using his multifaceted experience gained in different fields and countries, including war zones, Franz Pagot manages to ensure that even those who consider themselves already experienced leaders, get back into the game and further outdo themselves, to develop and release their own talent for personal benefit and also for their employees. The result is to become "extraordinary" by identifying new and more rewarding prospects. Franz Pagot manages to entertain, amaze and train without ever being banal by adopting a strategic creative approach to involve the participants in a practical way, highlighting the braking dynamics of various organizations. Previously, as a creator in advertising, he provided consultancy on "audience building" and "influencing", collaborating on both product and service campaigns, and taking care of creative and non-creative strategy, and created advertising strategies for political parties of different ideologies. As a director, writer and screenwriter, Franz Pagot has worked with the greatest cinema talents, from Stanley Kubrick to Kevin Costner to name just a couple, he has directed famous commercials (Adidas, Orangina and many others) and won numerous international prizes, and is a member of the prestigious BAFTA (the equivalent of the Oscars in England).
Franz Pagot said: "It is important to set an inspiring vision with a rigorous and balanced execution, to connect and motivate more complex disciplines and personalities in the public spotlight to create something that has lasting impact and commercial value; it is important to exploit our best to be happier and more effective in the consumer part of our life which is our work “.

In recognition of his life dedicated to searching for the best that human beings can give, he was awarded a Knighthood in June 2018.
