Franz Pagot manages to entertain, amaze and train without ever being banal by adopting a strategic creative approach to involve the participants in a practical way, highlighting the braking dynamics of various organizations. Previously, as a creator in advertising, he provided consultancy on "audience building" and "influencing", collaborating on both product and service campaigns, and taking care of creative and non-creative strategy, and created advertising strategies for political parties of different ideologies. As a director, writer and screenwriter, Franz Pagot has worked with the greatest cinema talents, from Stanley Kubrick to Kevin Costner to name just a couple, he has directed famous commercials (Adidas, Orangina and many others) and won numerous international prizes, and is a member of the prestigious BAFTA (the equivalent of the Oscars in England).

In recognition of his life dedicated to searching for the best that human beings can give, he was awarded a Knighthood in June 2018.
